Job Mobz is recruiting for a sourcing role on behalf of a well-known AI client in San Francisco. The position is a one-year contract with potential to convert to full-time, requiring about 25% in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sourcing for technical teams, partnering closely with recruiters and business leaders to build world-class teams dedicated to advancing AI research and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume
• Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
• Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
