Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered fintech with a global engineering team, is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, predominantly in Engineering. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to build hiring strategies and deliver top talent.

In a fast-paced, distributed environment, you’ll manage multiple searches, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive hiring metrics using ATS data and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume concurrent searches.
• Excellent stakeholder management with engineering leaders.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline-building skills.
• Experience with ATS reporting and funnel metrics.
• Proficient with AI tools and modern recruiting tech.
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization.
• Experience in fast-paced, remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of technical roles.
• Define profiles with engineering leaders and drive searches.
• Build proactive pipelines via outbound sourcing and networking.
• Manage competing priorities with high-quality hiring.
• Provide reporting on pipeline health and hiring performance.
• Use recruiting data to identify gaps and improve conversions.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication.
• Leverage AI and recruiting tech to improve sourcing and productivity.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and improve recruiting processes.
