Astranis is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to design and execute scalable sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines and engagement.

You will leverage data to optimize strategies, collect market insights, and build a robust network to increase Astranis's recruitment competitiveness, with a focus on diverse talent pools across engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Results-oriented sourcer with scalable talent strategies.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape and market.
• Self-driven with a desire to learn and grow.
• Comfortable shifting focus between engineering and production teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
