Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical depth with sales acumen, helping customers from discovery through bid support. You will lead product demonstrations, craft PoCs, and translate complex requirements into actionable architectures that drive business value across a defined portfolio.

Travel 20–25% and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align security solutions with customer goals, including PKI, cloud, and container technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in SE or technical sales or equivalent in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Lead product demonstrations and PoCs to illustrate solutions.
• Design customized technical solutions including API usage and product configuration.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility and roadmap items.
