DigiCert is seeking a Director to lead the strategy, design, and day-to-day management of its Public Key Infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, security, and compliance of the CA infrastructure and PKI services across multi-region environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PKI, information security, or related infrastructure.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing PKI operations.
• Experience with CA operations, X.509 certificates, and PKI audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee all PKI operations including CA hierarchy, HSM administration, and key ceremonies.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a geographically distributed PKI operations team.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency across issuance, revocation, renewal, and monitoring.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and product teams to support PKI capabilities and standards.
• Lead internal and external PKI audits (WebTrust, ETSI) and remediate findings.
• Develop PKI policies, CPS, and CP; define DR/BCP strategies for HSM infra.
