Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to advise on technology strategy, define client needs, and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions. The role requires extensive infra experience, strong written and presentation skills, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

You will engage in multi-client environments, design architectures, and lead technical delivery from capture to deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years deploying or maintaining infrastructure for 300+ users.
• 5+ years in an IT professional services role.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent.
• Advanced writing skills.
• Proficient in delivering proposed solution presentations to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides business technology strategy and solutions sales support for new and existing customers.
• Consults with prospects and customers to understand and validate their business objectives and challenges, and to identify the appropriate technologies and solutions to address those objectives.
• Writes detailed but appropriately succinct Statements of Work that capture business objectives, technical solutions, level of effort, hardware and software, and high-level timelines to deliver Professional Services engagements.
• Leads technical customer discovery sessions and assessments.
• Plans, designs, and implements successful, high value technology solutions.
