As a Staff Technical Services Project Manager (Level 5), located in Aurora and Englewood, CO you will be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
This is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote work is not available. Relocation assistance is not available. This position will be located at both Northop Grumman facilities in Aurora and Englewood Colorado.
The Technical Services Project Manager (Level 5) will be reporting to the Operations Program Manager (OPM). The OPM organization is the primary interface between the program office, customer, and factory leadership. They are responsible for leading, communicating, and influencing across the organization and the customer. They will support all operations activities including cost, quality, and schedule. The Project Manager will be responsible for the operational performance for the life cycle of the program from proposal through delivery.
We work a 9/80 schedule (9 hours per day Mon-Thurs, 8 hours every other Friday with the alternate Friday off)

Primary Level Salary Range: $177,000.00 - $265,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
