Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers for Named Accounts in our Premium Services team. Based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, you will advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems, leveraging deep database and cloud experience.

You'll work with our largest enterprise customers, guiding their use of MongoDB products and services, coordinating resolutions, and advocating for customer needs with product teams to ensure successful deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of database production deployments at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Customer-facing tech role with ownership.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Reading code with basic scripting in languages.
• Team collaboration and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with enterprise customers and guide usage of MongoDB products.
• Coordinate resolution of complex issues and advise on architecture, performance, recovery, security.
• Be an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
• Interface with product management and development to advocate for customer needs.
