Job summary

Exodus Global is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily service operations for hydraulic attachments in the Greater Duluth Area. This full-time, on-site role manages a service team, coordinates repairs, and ensures timely, quality service for customers.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and manufacturing, drive safety and quality standards, implement improvements, and support training and documentation of service records.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management or supervision within industrial equipment or related fields.
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and industrial attachments.
• Proficiency in scheduling, work order management, and ERP/ service software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations for hydraulic attachments in the Greater Duluth Area.
• Manage a service team and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders; communicate with customers on needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor service performance and implement process improvements.
• Support training and development of service technicians; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist with parts coordination, warranty claims, and documentation of service records.
