Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company seeks a Heavy Field Service Technician with mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills to join the service team. You will repair heavy industrial and construction equipment at customer locations to restore operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, communicating downtime updates with sales, coordinators, managers, and customers, and working safely on-site and in DOT-rated company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical training/education or related experience.
• Ability to possess or obtain a complete line of tools for customer locations.
• Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of heavy equipment at customer locations to restore operation and safety standards.
• Communicate downtime and job progress updates to Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
• Operate safely with minimal supervision to reduce downtime and maintain DOT vehicle standards.
