Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO Lead to own the technical SEO foundation across Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and modern frontend frameworks. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions and drive automation, monitoring, and governance across a multi-platform web ecosystem.

You will partner with SEO, Website Engineering, Product Marketing, and leadership to connect technical SEO initiatives with measurable organic visibility, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS to diagnose and fix issues in codebase and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execute across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD quality gates for SEO.
• Establish technical SEO standards and governance across CMS platforms.
