AT&T in Hoover/Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Sales System Engineer 2-Ter to drive design and deployment of advanced sales solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding direct sales teams and customers on complex products and services, with field activity and office collaboration as needed.

The role emphasizes process improvements, product integration support, trainings, and collaboration with product architects to meet sales targets and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• 5+ years of sales related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to direct sales teams and customers on design and implementation of complex products and services.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions with process improvements.
• Ensure product integration, troubleshoot issues, support sales plans, and train sales teams and customers.
• Manage deployment projects, align technical solutions with business goals, and lead client meeting discussions.
• Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, maintain product knowledge, and document systems and processes.
