AT&T in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Sales Manager-Sales System Engineer 2 Channel to lead a team of engineers and drive complex solutions across cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, and IoT. You will guide technical sales strategy, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

The role focuses on leveraging product knowledge, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional pre/post-sales support to meet customer requirements and sales goals.

Qualifications

8 to 10 years direct work experience in sales with leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge across AT&T product portfolio
Experience in indirect channels and alliance partnerships

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise engineers, manage performance and develop the team
Provide advanced technical guidance for designing and implementing complex solutions
Lead pre/post-sales support, including demos, consultations and inquiries
Oversee deployment projects, align sales solutions with business goals and cost targets
Develop training programs and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports
