AT&T is seeking a Senior Sales System Engineer 2-Ter to drive design, implementation and optimization of advanced sales solutions in support of customer integrations. The role combines field activity with collaboration from an assigned office location to support the direct sales team.

The position requires 5+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Expect travel to client sites and ongoing training, with a competitive salary and commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of sales experience; demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Travel as required to cover assigned market and meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to direct sales teams and customers.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced sales solutions.
• Support sales plans, troubleshoot issues, and train sales teams and customers.
• Manage deployment projects and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Create prototypes and maintain product knowledge for demonstrations.
