Job summary
Structural Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in the San Francisco market. Based in San Francisco with remote options, you will nurture relationships with engineers, owners, and contractors and lead presentations on our strengthening solutions after targeted training.
You will coordinate with Construction divisions, maintain CRM data, and assist in bid packages and proposals to meet financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering, construction and/or technical sales experience.
- Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships in the commercial market.
- Experience with selling specialty construction services or products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout Northern California, focusing on San Francisco.
- Present strengthening solutions to potential clients after training and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain CRM listings, track project leads, and assist with proposals and bid packages as needed.
- Attend site walks, pre-bid meetings, and engage with engineers, owners, and contractors to close deals.
