Job summary

Hydraulic Technologies USA, LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Sales Manager - Heavy Lift to drive growth across our Heavy Lift Solutions portfolio.

This role works remotely or in a hybrid setting across the United States, with travel roughly 50-60% and reports to the Director of Sales, Heavy Lift Solutions. You will engage crane/rigging contractors, EPCs, and data centers to design engineered lifting and load-handling solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales or field service in heavy lift or related markets.
• Proven revenue growth and territory management.
• Experience selling engineered solutions with multiple components.
• Experience with heavy lift applications such as transformer replacements, bridge jacking, turbine or generator installations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow heavy lift revenue within your assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities with crane and rigging contractors, EPCs, utilities, and data center contractors.
• Build and manage a strong project pipeline while advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and technical training for distributors, channel partners, and end users.
• Provide on-site support during critical projects and first-use applications.
• Represent Hydraulic Technologies at industry events and conferences.
