Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Technical Sales Specialist to support the sales team by translating complex biological concepts into customer value. This fully remote role reports to the Director, Technical Sales and collaborates with Inside Sales, BD and Global Strategic Accounts to drive revenue and product quality.

You will engage clients, articulate needs, explain mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing, and represent Aldevron at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of client support, sales or marketing in cell and gene therapy.
• Deep knowledge of mRNA, DNA and protein manufacturing.
• Creative problem-solving and solutions-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota in collaboration with Inside Sales, BD and Global Strategic Accounts.
• Engage clients to determine technical needs and recommend Aldevron products and solutions.
• Explain complex scientific information in an accessible way to customers.
• Represent Aldevron at industry trade shows and conferences as a scientific expert.
• Partner with BU Leaders, Sales Leaders and Marketing to address industry shifts and voice of customer feedback.
