Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive full‑cycle sales of research grade products and manufacturing solutions, from lead to close. This quota‑carrying role supports the GMP pipeline and works with the North American Sales Team on a fully remote basis.

You will qualify leads, engage research‑grade clients, and translate scientific concepts into value propositions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, technical or customer service experience in life sciences or a related field.
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex scientific concepts.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales from lead generation to deal closure with funnel discipline.
• Grow a portfolio of research-grade clients and drive order growth with value selling.
• Qualify GMP leads and support modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy.
• Collaborate with technical sales to support qualification and client success.
