Job summary

K2 Space is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with leadership, conduct workforce planning, and source, attract, identify, and close candidates across all functions. The role offers ownership and autonomy to support our mission at the Torrance headquarters.

You will recruit for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering roles, driving full-cycle processes from sourcing to closing while shaping the recruiting function for rapid, compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to plan workforce growth and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and attract top talent through university programs, labs, and talent niches.
• Screen candidates and promote K2 Space’s mission and talent brand.
• Design and refine interview processes to improve candidate selection and reduce bias.
• Collaborate with executives to develop closing strategies and resources.
