Job summary

InRhythm is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source, vet, and close senior technical consultants for our consulting teams. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging our ATS and proactive online databases to build a strong candidate slate across front-end, back-end, and UX roles.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to refine job descriptions, advise on market salaries, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Full-pipeline experience hiring consulting engineers is a plus.
• Deep expertise vetting technical candidates to meet requirements.
• Experience guiding salaries and market insights with managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and close bar-raising senior technical consultants into our practice areas.
• Source candidates via ATS, databases, and social media like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate and conduct all interview phases, including onsite interviews.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve job descriptions and salary guidance.
• Manage new hire authorization packets and offer negotiations.
