Job summary

InRhythm is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source, vet, and close senior technical consultants for our consulting teams. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging our ATS and proactive online databases to build a strong candidate slate across front-end, back-end, and UX roles.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to refine job descriptions, advise on market salaries, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Full-pipeline experience hiring consulting engineers is a plus.
• Deep expertise vetting technical candidates to meet requirements.
• Experience guiding salaries and market insights with managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and close bar-raising senior technical consultants into our practice areas.
• Source candidates via ATS, databases, and social media like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate and conduct all interview phases, including onsite interviews.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve job descriptions and salary guidance.
• Manage new hire authorization packets and offer negotiations.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to

• Source, Vet and Close bar-raising senior technical consultants into our consulting practice areas
• Source candidates using a variety of creative means, including our ATS and proactive recruitment of passive candidates through online databases and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to, and including, the onsite interview. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews, and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process
• Work with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availability
• Work with Hiring Managers to complete New Hire Authorization packets and provide insight into appropriate salaries and levels with guidance from Director
• Extend and negotiate verbal offers when needed
• Occasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if needed
• Frequently update our Applicant Tracking System with current applicant pipeline development and status information
• Creation and maintenance of recruiting reports as necessary

Who you are

As a Senior Member of the Talent Acquisition Team you would work side by side with Account Managers, Sales Teams and Leadership team to actively source, recruit and onboard the best Architects, Front End/Backend Engineers and UX/UI Designers. You will also become a Brand Ambassador of InRhythm both over the phone and in-person at events and meetups. We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set including:

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Full-pipeline experience hiring consulting engineers (Big 4 experience a huge plus)
• Deep expertise vetting technical candidates to meet requirements
• Experience validating priorities and delivering under deadlines
• College Degree focusing in HR, Marketing or Computer Science preferred
