Synchron in San Diego is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its most challenging roles in R&D, clinical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (minimum).
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting; 3+ years in medical device, life sciences, or deep tech.
• Proven success filling senior technical, clinical, or regulatory roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting across senior and director-level roles to multi-level technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills and large professional network in medical device/semiconductor hardware.

Responsibilities

• Build the team behind our platform across ASIC, analog front-end and backend EE, microfabrication and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, software/firmware, and clinical research.
• Lead high-touch leadership searches and multi-level technician/engineer hiring pipelines.
• Create quality and regulatory teams aligned with design controls and manufacturing scale-up.
• Shape headcount plans with R&D, operations, and quality leadership to pace development milestones.
• Negotiate offers and build compelling packages using market data.
