Persona AI is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for Advanced Manufacturing in Houston. This onsite role powers rapid production ramp with full-cycle sourcing across manufacturing and operations. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines from scratch, and own candidate experience from first outreach to offer.

You will leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to fill high-volume roles, work with local networks, and help shape our TA function as we scale in Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Manufacturing and operations hiring in high-volume environments a must.
• Expert Boolean search and sourcing beyond job boards.
• Strong candidate engagement and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for manufacturing and operations.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and trade networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements quickly.
• Leverage local manufacturing talent to support growth in Texas.
• Provide a top-tier candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics to drive process improvements.
• Help build TA processes, interview templates, and onboarding materials.
• Support employer branding and job posting efforts to attract top talent.
