Verkada Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with Software Engineering leadership in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent for our on-site office in San Mateo, CA.

You will own full-cycle recruiting and develop strong relationships with engineering teams to accelerate hiring. You will craft compelling candidate experiences, present engagingly to candidates about Verkada’s engineering organization, and implement creative talent strategies to attract both

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of successful full cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
• Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
• Commitment to excellence and top performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Mateo, CA (or open to relocation).

Aufgaben

• Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)
• Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process
• Make compelling presentations to all candidates about the company and the Software Engineering Organization
• Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+)
• Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience.
