Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter for our Product team to build and scale critical roles. You will embed with product leadership, drive proactive sourcing strategies, and recruit for a diverse range of Product Management positions while maintaining hands-on involvement in the hiring process.

You will work on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA, collaborating with hiring managers, executives, and engineers to shape a high-performing product organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions.
• Experience generating a well-targeted, high-quality pipeline.
• Ability to influence senior Product leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, timely updates.
• Able to work on-site 5 days a week in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to close.
• Partner with Product leadership and hiring managers weekly to build the team.
• Improve hiring processes as the company scales.
