Verkada is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit and close engineering professionals for our fast-growing organization. This on-site role is in San Mateo, CA, and not remote.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build relationships with the engineering team, and craft compelling presentations to attract top talent. Join a market-leading company redefining AI-powered security solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to influence using collaboration.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
• Local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate to San Mateo, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, closing).
• Develop relationships with Software Engineering to collaborate during hiring.
• Present Verkada and the Software Engineering Org compellingly to candidates.
• Source top talent using strategic platforms and engage passive candidates (IC, Manager+).
• Manage end-to-end recruiting pipeline and interview scheduling.
• Document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Provide a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience.
