Whop in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and lead our technical hiring engine. You will own end-to-end searches, create outbound pipelines, and partner with engineering and design leaders to raise the bar on hiring quality.

You will design interview loops, scoring, and evaluation criteria, drive a fast, rigorous process, and close top engineers and designers who align with Whop’s mission to empower creators and developers. This is an in-office role.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience building from Series A/B/C startups.
• Strong outbound sourcing track record.
• Data-driven and able to diagnose stalled searches.
