Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Product team to build and scale the group that shapes Verkada’s products. This onsite role in San Mateo embeds into the Product organization to form strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and contributors as we hunt for top Product talent.

You will own proactive sourcing strategies, close top candidates, and continuously refine hiring processes to support rapid growth in a decentralized recruiting model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical or complex roles.
• Proven ability to build targeted, high-quality pipelines.
• Experience influencing senior Product leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication, timely updates.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site 5 days/week in San Mateo.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, pipeline, offers, closures.
• Partner with Product leadership & hiring managers.
