About the Role

As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent for our world‑class marketing organization. Your work will have high visibility and a direct impact on recruiting for current and future offices. This role reports to the Recruiting Manager and requires onsite presence at our San Mateo, CA headquarters 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Manage full‑cycle end‑to‑end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).

• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Deliver a high‑touch, transparent, and honest candidate experience.

Annual Pay Range

$135,000 – $175,000 USD (Base + potential bonuses and equity).
