Verkada is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team in San Mateo, California. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for their marketing organization, which impacts hiring across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced environments, and exceptional communication skills. The company offers a competitive compensation range of $135,000 – $175,000, inclusive of bonuses and equity, along with comprehensive wellness perks.

About the Role

As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent for our world‑class marketing organization. Your work will have high visibility and a direct impact on recruiting for current and future offices. This role reports to the Recruiting Manager and requires onsite presence at our San Mateo, CA headquarters 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Manage full‑cycle end‑to‑end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company.
• Create frameworks and gather market data to assist in launching new positions.
• Think creatively to engage top talent.
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Deliver a high‑touch, transparent, and honest candidate experience.

Annual Pay Range

$135,000 – $175,000 USD (Base + potential bonuses and equity).
