Western Digital Corp. is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition — Product, IT & Strategy.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle role for a seasoned talent professional. You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical disciplines, elevate how we recruit through data intelligence, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs.
• Strong data analysis and market benchmarking skills.
• Ability to lead programs and drive TA transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Product, IT & Strategy roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to tailor strategies.
• Deliver data-backed updates to leadership on hiring progress.
• Lead recruitment programs and drive process improvements.
• Mentor peers on AI and automation in recruiting.
