Job summary

Our client in Irvine, California is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to provide onsite full-cycle recruiting support during a leave of absence. You will manage 15–20 open requisitions and partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to balance candidate engagement, recruiting operations, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong interview scheduling and candidate management skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send candidate feedback forms and collect evaluation input.
• Compile interview feedback and provide summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing activities.
• Partner with external recruiters and staffing agencies as needed.
