Job summary

Graphon Labs is building the multimodal memory layer to enable easy search and analysis of documents, images, video, and audio. We are hiring a senior technical recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering, ML, and research, partnering with founders to grow a world-class team.

You will source, run process, close candidates, and set the bar with hiring managers. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in San Francisco with meaningful equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, ML, and research roles.
• Build the pipeline from scratch and reduce wasted loops.
• Calibrate the hiring bar with managers and write scorecards.
• Run offers including equity conversations and founder closes.
• Stand up recruiting basics (Greenhouse, sourcing tools).
• Hire for hard roles in ML, systems, infrastructure, and research.
• Report pipeline health, pass-through, and time in stage.
