Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical and cleared positions supporting federal government contracts. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, shaping recruiting strategies to enable contract success while ensuring OFCCP compliance.

The role requires proactive sourcing for candidates with active security clearances and experience filling difficult-to-fill positions in competitive

Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
5+ years supporting federal government contracting environments.
Proven success recruiting for highly technical positions.
Experience recruiting candidates with secret, TS/SCI clearances.
Strong sourcing with boolean/search tools and CRM/ATS usage.
Experience supporting proposal and capture recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
Partner with leaders to align hiring plans with growth goals.
Advise executives on labor market trends and compensation competitiveness.
Build pipelines of cleared and uncleared talent for current and future contracts.
Support capture, proposal, and recompete staffing efforts.
Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure OFCCP compliance.
