Resolve AI in San Francisco is hiring a first technical recruiter to shape our engineering team. You’ll partner with the Head of People & Talent and early leadership to build world-class teams across AI, backend, infrastructure, and more.

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, craft sourcing campaigns, and design interview processes while delivering a top-tier candidate experience. This founder-driven role offers visibility, impact, and a chance to help define our culture as Resolve AI scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple technical domains; infra/AI/backend a plus.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML or research talent.
• Strong business acumen and technical intuition.
• Autonomous, founder mindset, bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Scrappy, resourceful with fast results.
• Genuine belief in Resolve AI's mission.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, AI Research, Infrastructure, Backend, Full stack, Frontend, Security, and more.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand needs and roadmaps.
• Build and execute strategic sourcing campaigns to uncover top talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting culture and urgency.
• Define and implement interview loops, scorecards, scheduling workflows, and best practices.
• Share talent market insights to inform decisions and improve funnel metrics.
• Contribute to employer brand with design and marketing.
• Experiment with new ideas in sourcing channels or automation tools.
