Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting for software/engineering roles.
• Extremely strong candidate sourcing capabilities required.
• Strong ability to partner with leaders using data.
• Experience managing multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong autonomous ownership and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software engineers, ML engineers, and defense-relevant technical talent.
• Partner with engineering leaders and program managers to understand needs, clearance requirements, and long-term workforce strategy.
• Leverage AI and tooling to automate recruiting workflows and boost productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes to assess technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines into defense-adjacent talent communities and provide data-driven funnel insights.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent Applied Intuition's mission in the defense talent community.
