Job summary

Astro Pak, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, project management, outside sales and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop sourcing plans and guide teams through evaluation and offers.

The ideal candidate will manage high-volume and complex searches in a fast-growing industrial services environment, stay compliant with employment laws, and mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing both high-volume and specialized or difficult-to-fill searches.
• Experience across multiple job families and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and executives throughout the hiring process.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliant interviewing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake and calibration meetings, sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, hiring manager presentations, interview support, offer development and candidate closing.
• Lead searches across multiple job families and levels, including field technicians, engineers, outside sales professionals, project managers, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume, difficult-to-fill and geographically dispersed roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring risks to inform decision-making.
