Job summary

SteerBridge, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles supporting U.S. government and private sector clients.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates efficiently. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles in competitive markets.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and specialized roles from intake through onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set interview plans, and align on hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks, and build pipelines for current and future needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, candidate expectations, and compensation.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidates’ technical background, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and keep candidates engaged through a consistent, job-related evaluation process.
• Manage offers, including presentation, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, confidential ATS records and track recruiting metrics to identify process improvements.
