IFAS LLC is seeking a Gov. Contracts Recruiter/Technical Recruiter - HYBRID in Washington, DC to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for federal contracts and backfills on urgent needs.

The recruiter partners with HR, Contracts, Program Management and Business Development to meet staffing requirements and build pipelines of technical and professional candidates for DoD and federal civilian programs. The role requires knowledge of labor categories, clearances, and federal contractor compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 2 years with federal contractors.
• Experience recruiting technical positions for federal civilian and/or DoD programs.
• Understanding of labor categories, qualifications, and clearance/public trust staffing.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms; strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for federal contracts from requisition to onboarding.
• Build pipelines for urgent backfills, new awards, recompetes.
• Partner with program managers to align staffing with labor categories.
• Manage candidate pipelines across vacancies and deadlines.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing channels; present candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruiting records and weekly status reports; ensure compliance.
