JCS Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for highly technical, cleared roles in federal contracting. You will partner with leaders to craft hiring plans and build pipelines for cyber, cloud, and software engineering positions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in federal government contracting.
• Successful recruiting for highly technical roles including cybersecurity, software, cloud, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and cleared positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Partner with leaders to develop hiring plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as the primary TA advisor to hiring managers and executives.
• Consult with leadership on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and workforce planning.
