Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. Ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced environment, they will build relationships and attract top talent for industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical roles.

You will partner with leaders to deliver high-quality talent solutions across a multi-state organization, manage full-cycle recruiting, and develop strong pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience in EPC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
• Support university recruiting efforts, internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.
• Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
