Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based roles
• Develop and run innovative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates
• Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics
• Prepare and extend employment offers
• Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring activity and pipeline health
• Support university recruiting, including internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events
• Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• PHR or SPHR certification
• Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple states and business locations
• Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent
