Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and identifies top technical talent across industrial, engineering, construction, and EPC domains.

The role requires a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, supporting multiple hiring managers and priorities, with preference for EPC industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting multi-state hiring and coordinating with multiple hiring managers.
• Preference for EPC industry recruiting and a related bachelor’s degree or HR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create recruiting campaigns, ads, and employer branding initiatives.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, communications, and hiring logistics.
• Track metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
• Support university recruiting, internships, and career events.
