Job summary

Actively AI in New York City is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build a high-velocity, end-to-end technical recruiting engine. This in-person role focuses on sourcing and closing top engineers for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Product Managers, Product Managers, and leadership.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, calibrate hiring managers, craft offers, and drive a talent network for category-defining AI work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years technical recruiting in SaaS.
• Experience closing top 1% engineering talent.
• Build deep R&D talent networks before roles open.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for all technical roles.
• Build outbound pipeline and nurture long-term relationships.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to close.
• Lead hiring manager calibration, interview loops and decisions.
