Job summary

Astro Pak Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, project management, sales and leadership roles. You will act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, develop search strategies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.

You will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates and guide teams through evaluation and selection while ensuring compliant recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing both high-volume recruitment and niche, hard-to-fill searches.
• Direct experience recruiting sales professionals.
• Experience across multiple job families and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Lead searches across field technicians, engineers, sales, project managers and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and geographically dispersed roles.
• Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and recruiting plans.
• Lead calibration and candidate-review discussions with hiring teams.
• Provide labor-market insights and competitive compensation information.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for scheduling and communications.
• Ensure accurate handoffs to pre-hire and onboarding teams.
