Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in US Air Force and Defense federal sectors. This role covers full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers, with emphasis on security-clearance positions.

The position will be hybrid in Dayton, OH starting Winter 2026, requiring collaboration with Credence Hiring team to meet staffing needs and support proposals and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT-focused recruiting experience including DoD/Intel/Civilian Federal contracting environments.
• Experience recruiting for security clearance positions within DoD, Intel and Civilian Federal contracting environments.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills; ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen active and passive candidates for US Air Force and Defense programs.
• Submit candidates to hiring managers for review and support administrative hiring processes.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies and build candidate pipelines; attend job fairs and manage ATS documentation.
• Support business development/capture and proposal efforts by identifying qualified candidates and documenting pricing realism.
