Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to grow our North American teams from the Chicago office. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Data roles, collaborating with the Global Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will engage with stakeholders, craft sourcing strategies, and drive a positive candidate experience while staying current on market trends and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data roles preferred.
• Fintech/Payments knowledge and familiarity with the Chicago market appreciated.
• Ability to use analytics to inform hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
• Proactively spot and engage top talent through sourcing techniques and ensure a positive hiring experience via clear communication.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and foster inclusive hiring processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding of new hires.
• Multiply your experience by collaborating with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive the growth of our North American teams, specifically in our Chicago office. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization.

What you'll do:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;

• Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives;
• Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires;
• Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.

Who you are:

• You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment - expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred;
• Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is greatly appreciated!
• Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes;
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool

Additional Information

This role is based out of our Chicago office, and is a contract position. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
