You will hunt for top talent, engage candidates end-to-end, and collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs while supporting internal mobility for current Shield employees. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and a strong emphasis on results.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of experience in highly technical, cleared recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting for subcontractors and/or prime contractors.
• Strong drive, energy, and measurable placements.
• Knowledge of cleared talent landscape and DMV contracts.

Aufgaben

• Own the Sourcing Strategy to attract cleared technical talent in Maryland.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline for IT and engineering roles.
• Engage candidates as the primary contact throughout recruiting lifecycle.
• Support internal mobility and submissions for Shield employees.
• Partner with leadership to align recruiting with growth targets.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and track funnel metrics.
