Shield AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Aircraft Talent Acquisition team, supporting the growth of our hardware, software, and operations disciplines.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, partner with engineering leaders, craft sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and drive data-driven decisions to improve hiring outcomes while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in technical fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex searches in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles across Shield AI’s Aircraft organization, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering and operations leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities while maintaining candidate experience and operational excellence.
• Use funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and drive accountability in the hiring process.
• Collaborate with sourcers, recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders for a consistent hiring process.
• Drive interview processes by managing pipelines, feedback, and timelines.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview processes, and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and team effectiveness.
