Job summary

Harvey is building the next generation of legal and professional services recruiting in San Francisco. As an early team member, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline development to closing offers, partnering with technical leadership to ensure we hire top-tier engineers and related specialists.

You will mentor teammates, drive recruiting strategy, and maintain data integrity in our ATS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record building strong technical teams in a high-growth company.
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring partners and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong communication with candidates and systematic management of their processes.
• Low ego and willingness to roll up sleeves to achieve goals.
• Mentor teammates by leading by example and guiding others.
• Data-informed recruiting with focus on metrics to influence strategy.
• Awareness of current tech trends and talent magnets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Build and nurture pipelines of technical talent for current hiring and future growth.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation insights.
• Streamline recruiting workflows and improve operational efficiency across the process.
• Maintain data integrity in Ashby and uphold system hygiene.
• Mentor team members to elevate recruiting performance and execution.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier, passive candidates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align recruiting with company goals.
