We’re seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to scale our leadership hiring across functions and regions, reporting to the Head of Executive Recruiting. You’ll own end-to-end searches, partner with founders and executives to define role scope and success profiles, and build diverse leadership pipelines while delivering a white-glove candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience (agency and in-house).
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high-growth global or tech-driven firms.
• Strong research and sourcing to engage hard-to-reach executives.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessments, and closing.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with C-level partners.
• Highly organized, data-driven, capable of managing multiple searches.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and drives process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches.
• Define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy with leaders.
• Build diverse leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to align priorities and execution.
• Manage external search firms when appropriate.
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
• Provide market insights to leadership to inform decisions.
